Taking bunches of flowers that people have bought to place on graves is stealing. Picking flowers that you have planted on land that you own is not. I can’t see any reason that taking flowers from a loved ones grave would be ‘bad’. In fact, collecting the seeds and growing new flowers at home would be a lovely way to remember that loved one.
